Charles W. Woodard, Ph.D.
Dr. Woodard is a graduate of N.C.A&T University (B.A. Psychology) and University of South Carolina (M.A. Community Psychology, Ph.D. in Clinical/Community Psychology).
He has worked in the Human Services arena for over 35 years. As a former Director of Psychological Services, for the Department of Disabilities & Special Needs, and T/TA provider for the Region IV Head Start programs, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experiences to share. He is a Certified Gentle Teacher, Facilitator for IMIL (I’M Moving, I’M Learning), Mentor Coach Specialist (Steps To Success) and National Trainer for Time To Teach.
He has participated in local, state national and international conferences either as a presenter/trainer or motivational speaker.
An author, (Self-Talk: Sign of Sanity, Insanity, or Key to Self-Empowerment) and dynamic speaker who empowers others to be part of solutions, rather than being part of the problem.
